I am an eye specialist working with NTPC since 2002 in peripheral areas of vindhyachal and singrauli located in peripheral areas of UP and MP. I have been involved in organisation of several eye camps in which thousands of patients are operated and regain sight.

I am also coordinating various other health camps like hypertension, diabetes, cancer, infectious diseases and mother and child. We screen patients and treat them free of cost. We also conduct mobile clinics in which give our services in villages where we reach to doorsteps of patients to provide care.. We have been recognised for our community development contribution by Institute of Self Reliance, Bhubaneswar. We also contribute in national calamities like Fani cyclone and Covid – 19.

We also have DOTS cum DMC at our hospital for TB management through which we provide treatment and nutritional support to TB patients of surrounding community.

We spread awareness on health ,hygiene ,Deaddiction, nutrition, safety ,education, vaccination and government programs. We have Tobacco control cell in our hospital where we have successfully de addicting many patients.

I have also been a part of coordination of girl empowerment program in our project twice in which girls of class 6th from rural areas are trained and empowered to develop a vision in their minds so that they excel in coming years. We sponsor top 10 girls for education till 12th. Every year around 125 girls are recruited in this program.

I am coordinator of 5 s and business excellence. We have won excellence award in National convention of quality concepts and par excelllence award in national 5s conclave. I have recently presented a paper on Quality concepts in healthcare in a program organised by chemical engineering department of IIT BHU in Dec 2019.

I am heading sexual harassment committee in my project.I am board member of quality circle forum of india varanasi division.

We have developed a unique software for preventive medical check up of our employees and spouses. We not only screen them for different diseases but also counsel them, prevent them from developing secondary complications. For this we got recognized both in institutional and individual category in corporate wellness awards by HR association of India in Jan 2020
